Warranty Information
All ferrule/tips are garanteed for life. We will replace any broken ferrule at no charge on Sledgehammers and Gulyassy break jump cues. However, there is a $25.00 return shipping and handling fee on each shaft. Just send the shaft and a money order for $25.00 to Babys Pro Shop LLC. The turn around time is usually 1 to 2 days, and I ship it back Fed Ex air. Over seas cues are subject to larger shipping fees and the shaft must be returned for warranty repairs.
